The Eco Explorer

The Eco Explorer is a fiberglass power catamaran 24 feet long by 8 feet wide. Its design makes it stable and its seating arrangement makes it spacious for six passengers. The boat has a Bimini top for sun protection and cushioned seats for passenger comfort. The Eco Explorer also has a marine toilet inside its console for passenger convenience. The boat meets all Coast Guard safety requirements for six-passenger Commercial Passenger Vessels and, in addition to a compass, has a GPS, a depth finder and a marine VHF 2-way radio.

The Eco Explorer is docked in Apalachicola at the Scipio Creek Marina, 301 Market Street, four blocks north of the blinking traffic light in the heart of downtown. The Marina offers free parking, public restrooms, and houses one of Apalachicola's most popular seafood restaurants, Papa Joe's.

A 2-hour cruise is recommended, but longer and shorter cruises are available. Our cruise rates are competitive. The Eco Explorer is Apalachicola's only boat dedicated to sightseeing. Call for information and reservations.
